"We
are a danish couple – Marianne and Karsten – who were not
quite young, when we met. After having lived together for a couple of
years, we booked a trip to The US Virgin Islands, and after having booked,
we found out, that this seemed to be a nice place to get married. Furthermore
Marianne had always dreamed about getting married on a beach, so why
not?
Via the internet we found Pam and Simon and contacted them to find out, if it was at all possible to arrange at a for us suiting time. Pam quickly returned an answer saying, that is was possible, and together we made plans for the big day. Before we left home, we had written and sent our vows by email, so that they were ready for the ceremony. We were only the two of us, and when the time came, we were picked up by a white limo and brought to Magens Bay, where Pam, Simon, the fotographers, the champagne with the – by Pam – hand decorated champagne glasses and the now bound vows, were waiting for us, and Pam – of course – had arranged bouquets for us both, so that everyone coule see, that we were bride and groom.The weather was perfect, and we went for a walk on the beach and got married with wet feet and petals dropping down on us.The following dinner on the Havana Blue was the perfect ending on a lovely day. Back in Denmark we took the papers to the local government office, and soon after, we got the message, that we were now a lowfully married couple. Thanks a lot to Pam and Simon for a splendid arrangement, which we will never forget, and for all the help with the planning. It could not have been better." |

was wonderful to work with you in planning our beautiful wedding at
Smith Bay. Pam was there every step of the way and even recommended
the beach because of its proximity to the condo we were staying in.
It was amazing to have my hair and makeup done in my room, another recommendation
from Pam, get in the car and drive 3 minutes to our wedding location.
Pam had a beautiful set up with champagne for our small party along
with hand painted glasses, which made it back home safe and sound! Pam
also hired our photography, Mike, who made you feel at ease and took
many many beautiful photos. After the ceremony Pam had recommended Havana
Blue for dinner. The ambiance as well as the food were unbelievable.
Pam was definitely more than a wedding planner, she was more of a trip
planner. It can be difficult to make all the arrangements to a place

"We had the great privilege of using Pam Larsen as our wedding co coordinator. With planning our wedding from so far away I was very nervous. Pam sent me many wedding sites and I was quick to vito them all. I really wanted a fun place to spend our day and where our guests could also swim and make it a day. Pam kept sending me information and was so sweet about it. We found the perfect venue in Havana Blue. Pam set us up with the events manager Lauren there and we were on a roll. We got a little nervous when our marriage licence application hadn’t arrived in St Thomas as expected and a quick phone call and Pam put our mind at ease. Pam found the perfect photographer for us in Michael Garcia. She highly recommended him and we are so pleased we took her advise. Pam worked with Lauren every step of the way, she coordinated all our transportation, both a limo for us and air-conditioned vans for our guests. Everything was perfect. The bouquet--freshly picked tropical flowers--and the delicately decorated cake were exactly what we wanted. Megan's Bay was an absolutely gorgeous setting, too. Catching sight of dolphins breaching those crystal blue waters was the perfect touch of "good luck." And you even went out of your way to find Liz's favorite wine!! How sweet! We really did have so much fun, and it was such a memorable morning for us both. Please extend our warmest thanks to Sage and Jennifer, as well. We really did have the perfect wedding party!" renewal of our Vows was elegant and was preformed with so much love,
by Pam, we felt as if she has always been a part of our family. Pam
wrote our Vows as if she has known us for our 44 years of our beautiful
marriage. She made us feel as if we had stepped back 44 years ago, on
our actual wedding day. The service itself was held on the point at
Sapphire Beach, with allowed for breath taking views of St. John, the
Caribbean, and St. Thomas, which had a fairy tale book appeal. Pam is
a beautiful person, we could not think of anyone else who could have
performed memorable ceremony for us and our family."

Larsen was instrumental in planning out September 2009 wedding in St.
Thomas. My husband and I couldn’t have been more thrilled with
how everything turned out and we still talk about it often. Everyone
in attendance said it was the most beautiful, most unique wedding they’d
been to and was perfect for us. We were afraid with planning from North
Carolina that we really wouldn’t get what we envisioned. We couldn’t
have been more wrong! We chose to take a cruise and get married at the
stop in St. Thomas – leaving us little room for error. Everything
went 100% perfect. The license was ready for pick up, Pam had a wonderful
van waiting to pick us all up, she arranged for our photographer to
meet us at our site, everyone was on time and ready to go – and,
of course, the location couldn’t have been more secluded and beautiful.
She didn’t miss the little details either – like ice cold
bottled water waiting for after the ceremony or a take home keepsake
of your vows. If you’re worried about planning from afar, let
Pam take some of the worry off your shoulders. You will find her as
invaluable as we did!"

ship, we were only on the island for 8 hours. This means we had no room

we first started planning our wedding (about a month before the big
day!) we started to panic when we couldn't reach any resorts to plan
our wedding! No responses from anyone after repeated attempts! Lucky
for us, we found Pam who responded right away and got the ball rolling
on our last minute elopement!! Pam made sure to accommodate our guests
who attended and was willing to go far beyond to assist in special requests
we had. I sent her a picture of a bouquet I wanted and mine turned out
almost identical! I asked for help finding a hairdresser and she set
up my appointment, who arrived at my hotel room at 6 AM to accommodate
our early morning wedding! We requested a specific song for our wedding,
and she had everything set up and ready to go. We saw a few weddings
at the resort we were staying at during our trip, but ours seemed to
have a special touch because of the private setting that Magen's Bay
provided. We are glad you encouraged us to stick with that location.

Chris and DeniseI don't know what we would have done if we didn't have Pam to help us with our wedding. How did Pam help us? 1. She created a dream wedding day. Everyone from our photographer, to the venue, to the cake flowers, she arranged everything! She
did a fabulous job, but she made it a fun and romantic experience for
us. The day of the wedding Pam set it all up to make sure everything ran
smoothly, including the timing of our ceremony for the perfect photos!
The champagne toast... You name it, Pam handled it. Deciding to hire Pam
to plan our wedding was the single most important thing we could have
done throughout our planning process. Pam pulled it all together. The

We are Morten and Charlotte and we were married January 31st 2008, on the beach at Lindbergh Bay, USVI. The preparations for our wedding, started only 3 weeks prior to our departure, at home in Denmark. It was a race against time, to iron out all of the details, such as the dress, the venue, food and the marriage license. Luckily, through our travel agency, we got an e-mail address to Simon and Pam Larsen. Simon was to be our guide and happened to married to a wedding planner. Simon is licensed to perform weddings and therefore he was going to marry us. Pam was very quick to respond and was onboard with the idea. She wrote us a lengthy e-mail, with everything from limousine, to food, to the flowers and the cake, so all we had to do was to pick and choose and then she would take care of the rest. In addition to this, she sent along a link to an application for a marriage license. The day before the wedding, Pam came out to walk us through the ceremony. She explained were Morten and the rest of the family should stand, and where my father and I should walk down into the sand. On the day of the wedding, Pam decorated the beach with palm leaves, in the shape of a V, where Morten and I were to stand. There were lots of flowers, a steel drum band, who played music in the background, along with a table with ice cold champagne and wedding cake, for after the ceremony. Along with my mother and sister, I was sent to a hair and makeup-artist, while Morten and my father tried to calm their nerves back at the hotel. We had boutonnieres for the men in the same style as my wedding bouquet, crisp white roses only. Pam had arranged for a wedding photographer, while she herself videotaped the actual ceremony. With the wedding over and the photographs taken, we were taken to Restaurant Oceana in a white limousine, where Pam had made reservations along with our wedding cake for dessert. Our wedding was fantastic and gorgeous and it was the best day in our lives. We would like to thank both Simon and Pam, for their commitment and kindness in the planning of the wedding and on the actual day. |
